OSHE Offices and IBEW Union 126 Training Facility
Design-build project with Design/Build LLC to renovate and enlarge a small single-story office building into ample office and classroom space for both organizations, adding a new office wing and high bay area to house the linesman training.

Highlights: The high bay training facility required a vehicle exhaust system and controls to vent the heavy equipment used indoors to set poles. An air rotation unit cools the space, while LED high bay light fixtures & daylighting controls work in concert with the 50% translucent glazing to create a bright space that takes advantage of natural light when available.
The facility has networked lighting controls that allow both organizations to control shared spaces and provide the necessary flexibility for special event programming.
